Teks eksposisi adalah jenis teks yang berfungsi untuk mengungkapkan gagasan atau mengusulkan sesuatu berdasarkan argumen yang kuat serta memberikan pengertian dengan gaya penulisan yang singkat, akurat, dan padat 

Tujuan : Untuk memaparkan atau menjelaskan sesuatu agar pengetahuan pembaca bertambah

Tesis, Argumentasi dan Penegasan Ulang Pendapat 

Tesis adalah pernyataan atau teori yang didukung oleh argumen yg dikemukakan dl karangan; untuk mendapatkan gelar kesarjanaan pd perguruan tinggi. Tesis juga dapat berarti sebuah karya tulis ilmiah resmi akhir seorang mahasiswa. Tesis merupakan bukti kemampuan yang bersangkutan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ilmu pada salah satu bidang keilmuan dalam Ilmu Pendidikan 

Argumentasi adalah salah satu jenis pengembangan paragraf dalam penulisan yang ditulis dengan tujuan untuk meyakinkan atau membujuk [butuh rujukan] pembaca. Senam Lantai SMA Kelas X

Rol Depan
Guling ke depan adalah berguling ke depan atas bagian belakang badan (tengkuk,punggung,pinggang,dan panggul bagian belakang).
 Cara melakukan:
a. Sikap permulaan jongkok,kedua tangan menumpu pada matras selebar bahu.
b. Kedua kaki diluruskan, siku tangan ditekuk, kepala dilipat sampai dagu menyentuh dada.
c. Mengguling ke depan dengan mendaratkan tengkuk terlebih dahulu dan kedua kaki di
lipat rapat pada dada.
d. Kedua tangan melemaskan tumpuan dari matras, pegang mata kaki dan berusaha bangun.
e. Kembali berusaha bangun.






Rol Belakang


Guling ke belakang adalah menggulingka badan ke belakang ,dimana posisi badan tetap harus membulat,yaitu kaki dilipat,lutut tetap melekat di dada,kepala ditundukan sampai dagu melekat di dada.
Cara melakukan guling ke belakang :
a.       Sikap permulaan dalam posisi jongkok,kedua tangan di depan dan kaki sedikit rapat
b.      Kepala ditundukan kemudian kaki menolak ke belakang
c.       Pada saat panggul mengenai matras,kedua tangan segera dilipat ke samping telinga dan telapak tangan menghadap ke bagian atas untuk siap menolak
d.      Kaki segera diayunkan ke belakang melewati kepala,dengan dibantu oleh kedua tangan menolak kuat  dan kedua kaki dilipat sampai ujung kaki dapat mendarat di atas matras,ke sikap jongkok


Lompat harimau

Secara prinsip teknik gerakan loncat harimau tidak jauh berbeda dengan teknik gerakan roll ke depan.Loncat harimau adalah sikap loncatan membusur dengan kedua tangan lurus ke depan pada saat melayang dan diteruskan dengan gerakan mengguling ke depan dan sikap akhir jongkok.

Cara melakukannya sebagai berikut:
1.   Berdiri tegak, kedua lengan lurus di samping, pandangan lurus ke depan.
2.   Kedua kaki menolak pada papan tolak disertai ayunan lengan keatas, badan melayang, tangan menumpu pada pangkat kuda-kuda, dan pandangan dipusatkan di depan dekat tangan.
3.   Kedua tangan menolak dengan sekuat tenaga dan lutut di lipat ke dada. Luruskan tungkai saat berada diatas ujung kuda-kuda.
4.   Sikap akhir jongkok terus berdiri.
Handstand
Hands stand adalah sikap tegak dengan bertumpu pada kedua tangan ,kedua kaki rapat dan lurus ke atas .
Cara melakukan gerakan handstand adalah sebagai berikut :
1.   Sikap permulaan berdiri tegak, salah satu kaki sedikit ke depan.
2.   Bungkukkan badan, tangan menumpu pada matras selebar bahu lengan keras, pandangan sedikit ke depan, pantat didorong setinggi-tingginya, tungkai depan bengkok sedang tungkai belakang lurus.
3.   Ayunkan tungkai belakang ke atas, kencangkan otot perut.
4.   Kedua tungkai rapat dan lurus merupakan satu garis dengan badan dan lengan, pandangan diantara tumpuan tangan, badan dijulurkan ke atas.
5.   Keseimbangan.


Head Stand
Headstand adalah posisi keseimbangan yang memanfaatkan kekuatan kedua lengan dan kepala (otot leher) sebagai titik tumpunya

Cara melakukan gerakan head stand adalah sebagai berikut :
1.   Berdiri dengan kepala adalah sikap tegak dengan bertumpu pada kepala dan ditopang oleh kedua tangan.
2.   Sikap permulaan membungkuk bertumpu pada dahi dan tangan. Dahi dan tangan membentuk segitiga sama sisi.
3.   Angkat tungkai ke atas satu per satu bersamaan. Untuk menjaga agar badan tidak mengguling ke depan, panggul ke depan, dan punggung membusur.
4.   Berakhir pada sikap badan tegak, dan tungkai rapat lurus ke atas.






Meroda

Gerakan meroda bisa diartikan sebagai Gerak memutar tubuh dari sikap menyamping dengan tumpuan gerakan pada kedua kaki dan tangan
Cara Melakukannya :
1.   Mula-mula berdiri tegak menyamping, kedua kaki dibuka sedikit lebar, kedua tangan lurus ke atas serong ke samping (menyerupai huruf V) dan pandangan ke depan
2.   Kemudian jatuhkan badan ke samping kiri, letakkan telapak tangan ke samping kiri, kemudian kaki kanan terangkat lurus ke atas. Disusul dengan meletakkan telapak tangan di samping tangan kiri.
3.   Saat kaki kanan diayunkan, maka kaki kiri ditolak pada lantai, sehingga kedua kaki terbuka dan serong ke samping.
4.   Kemuidan letakkan kaki kanan ke samping tangan kanan, tangan kiri terangkat disusul dengan meletakkan kaki kiri di samping kaki kanan.
5.   Badan terangkat, kedua lengan lurus ke atas ke posisi semula.



Kayang
Kayang adalah posisi kaki bertumpu dengan empat titik dalam keadaan terbalik dengan meregang dan mengangkat perut dan panggul.
Cara melakukan gerakan kayang sebagai berikut :
1.   Sikap permulaan berdiri, keduan tangan menumpu pada pinggul.
2.   Kedua kaki ditekuk, siku tangan ditekuk, kepala di lipat ke belakang.
3.   Kedua tangan diputar ke belakang sampai menyentuh matras sebagai tumpuan.
4.    Posisi badan melengkung bagai busur.








Sikap lilin
Sikap lilin merupakan sikap tidur terlentang kemudian kedua kaki diangkat keras di atas (rapat) bersama-sama, pinggang ditopang kedua tangan dan pundak tetap menempel pada lantai
Cara melakukan gerakan sikap lilin sebagai berikut :
1.   Tidur terlentang, kedua tangan di samping badan, pandangan ke atas.
2.   Angkat kedua kaki lurus ke atas dan rapat.
3.    Yang menjadi landasan adalah seluruh pundak dibantu kedua tangan menopang pada pinggang. Pertahankan sikap ini beberapa saat.

Madison Avenue between 57th and 86th Street is the most important locale for galleries, but of others are located in So Ho (South Of Houston Street) and adjoining Neighborhoods.
    New York also has a famous botanical garden. It is called Brooklyn Botanic Garden, 21 hectare (52 acre) botanic garden, located in the borough of Brooklyn, in New York City. The garden includes such attractions as the Children’s Garden, the first of its kind in the world.

Should Americans be Forced to Public Transportation?

    First , let me define what the question is and isn’t asking. It isn’t asking if we should we all abandon cars right now, nor is it asking if we should abandon them complety, nor is it asking if every American should do so. It is asking wheater some Americans should have to take public transit some of the time, and I would say yes.
    Oil use and pollution aside, in some cities like Los Angeles and New York there just isn’t room for any more roads, so in order for large cities to grow, they need more people to take public transit or risk permanent traffic jam. One bus can safely hold 40 people so even at half capacity that’s nearly 20 cars’ worth of space in traffic cleared up, and nearly 20 parking spaces that  don’t need to built.
    There are a lot of people that can take  with transit little inconvenience but simply don’t because they never have in the past. If residents in areas with plenty of transit had to buy transit passes as part of their property taxes then they would have little excuse not to bus occasionally. QA number of universities already bundle a ‘U-Pass’ with their tuition feeds, forcing their students to take the bus. When given the change the majority of those students have voted to keep these programs.
    A similar system in apartments where a portion of the tenants are not issued parking spaces in exchange for a discount on their rent would also be community car to several apartment tenants that arrange a schedule for the car, and this program gets many positive reviews.
    So yes, I would say that Americans should be forced to use public transit, as Americans whom are already forced to do so find that it works well for them.

The Jackal Who Saved The Lion
    Once upon a time, there lived a lion in a forest. One day, when he went to drink water in a river, one of his feet got stuck into the damp mushy mud of the river. He tried a lot of to get out of the mud, but didn’t achieve. He had ti lie without food for days because he didn’t find any help. On one fortunate day, a kind Jackal came to drink water from the river. When he saw the lion, he went closer to the lion said , “What is the matter? Why are you resting here?”
    The lion narrated him the pathetic story. The Jackal instantly made a way out from the sand but the lion was unable to move his feet. As he was set in the same posture for last several days, his body became stiff. The Jackal understood the condition f the Lion and helped him to get out of the mud with an extra effort. The lion was really thankful to Jackal for his kind help. He was very happy to get free after so many days.
    The Lion appreciated the effort made by the Jackal. He offered the Jackal to live close to him and also promised to give food the lion whenever he caught food. The Jackal accepted the offer and started living with the lion, Thus, they lived happily sharing the food. With the passing time, they expanded their families. The Lion had cubs and the Jackal had kid jackals. Both, the lion and the Jackal were passing their days happily. They didn’t have any idea that their friendship was not liked by their families.
    One day after a long time, the lioness, lady of lion’s house, told her cubs that she didn’t like the amity between the Jackal and her husband. The cubs passed the message to the kid jackals. The kids complained the matter to the lady Jackal. The lady Jackal passed the complaint to her husband.
    The Jackal went to the Lion and asked, “I helped you without any thought in return. You had asked me to live with you, so I started living with you. Now, if you don’t want me to live with you, you should have told me yourself. What did you involve your wife and cubs to convey this?”. The Lion was shocked to hear such words. He said, “My dear Friend, what are you saying? I don’t any problem with you or your friendship”. He assured the Jackal that he had no such ill-feelings for the friendship between them.
    The Lion also assured for that he would talk to talk to the lioness and solve the whole matter. The jackal was intelligent and understood the situation. He said to the lion, “I know you are sincere, but our families could not exactly respond the same level of the friendship. So, let us stay apart and meet often as friends. We could also hunt together. It would be better, if our families  stay apart”. The lion agreed to the proposal with a heavy heart.
    The two families parted from each other as friends. The Jackal and the Lion continued to share the friendship. They often met each other and hunt together. Thus, the two friends shared a healthy friendship throughout their life.
